About Baron
I'm Baron Quan and I've grown up in the Seattle, WA and Real Estate is what I am passionate about. I understand Real estate because I love it. My mother was a nurse and my father was an artist until they decided to invest in Real Estate. My Mother and Father bought foreclosures and auctions and went to work fixing them up by themselves and renting them out. Growing up, my chores consisted of fixing broken windows; cleaning vacant apartments; landscaping properties; siding; roofing; remodeling ;framing in additional bedrooms and the list goes on. My father passed when I was ten, and at that point my mother became responsible for a portfolio of properties that kept us fed and thriving through our college years.
For me, Real Estate means more than houses and commissions paychecks. It's about helping families and investors get back to what really matters, people and time. My upbringing and journey in Real Estate has led me to getting a formal trade in Residential Carpentry and wood-working; being a certified Home Inspector; Real Estate Investor; and also Agent.
